Hi David:
Everyone should be made aware of www.annualcreditreport.com - it is a great resource. I make sure that we feature it prominently on my website: www.nationalcreditfixers.com

My mom had a FHA loan and filed for bankruptcy a few years back. She was under the impression that she was goiing to keep her home, and was told she wouldn't be able to keep it at the end. The FHA has been taking her income taxes every year to pay off the remainder of the house that couldn't cover her loan. Is this right? My mom has been paying her taxes to FHA for six years already, and they are still charging her interest for it. Is there a way that you can help? I feel that at some point something has gone wrong...

I have a question where 2 companies have giving me different answers.
I have not epaid my mortgage in 7 months, a financial company advise that I could get an FHA loan modification where the title will be based at the current value of the home. Is that true?
The other comapny said that it only happens when your overdue not more thatn 2 months.
Who is telling the truth?

Chad it was very nice to hear a straight forward truthful answer to those who are not making it. All careers require work. Systems have to be kept up with the times and somethimes contraction is expansion. Many loan officers have to understnd that their past success was not from a marketing plan but a result of the industry. You cannot wing your day and be successful. You have to have a schedule and stick to it. The results in many cases are not detectable immediately. I feel that the most important thing in the market today is know your product availability. Do not rely on your rep for this. Get online and do the research. It is hard to sell if you dont know what you are selling. http://makenmortgage.blogspot.com

I needhelp repaying my mortgage arrears; I've tried working with Washington Mutual but they seem determined to foreclose on the property. I'm not trying to shun my responsibility--but the bank doesn't seem to care . I'm a single woman caring for and elder mother and it would break her heart if she's tossed from her home. Where can I go for some help--all I want is a chance to make it right. Any suggestions?
